If the problem is hardware related, no amount of talking on the phone or clicking the screen will fix the component; the hardware (be it a hard drive, video card, motherboard, etc.) will need to be replaced. Likewise, if there is a corrupted volume or an Operating System issue, then the either the OS installation will have to be repaired or re-installed completely.
